Michael Uys (pronounced “ace”) is an Emmy award winning filmmaker and television commercial director. CSB Production worked with Michael on a documentary showing the stories of three families learning to play the Pokemon Trading Card Game through COVID-19.
Michael brings his documentary sensibility to his work in commercials and television. Breakthrough t1d diabetes research foundation
Breakthrough T1D is the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. Their mission is improving lives today and tomorrow by accelerating life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent and treat T1D and its complications. In 2020, JDRF supporters helped raise $85.8M to fund JDRF research (grants, advocacy, and support). In addition, the Breakthrough T1D Fund invested $25.7M in small, T1D-focused companies. CSB Productions produced the Breakthrough T1D Alabama’s virtual gala, which replaced their in person gala due to COVID-19 restrictions. The 2020 Breakthrough T1D Alabama virtual gala was viewed by over 20,000 people and raised over $100,000 for T1D research.

Tray and Melody formed Undone Redone to help married couples struggling with infidelity and pornography addiction. Tray and Melody were married for 11 years before Tray’s addiction to pornography lead to their divorce. After being divorced for 6 years, they were able to reconcile their marriage and have now been happily remarried for over 10 years. They offer services for men struggling with pornography, wives who have suffered the pain of betrayal, and tools to equip parents to keep their children safe in an ever changing digital landscape.
